Mai begr\u00fc\u00dften in Graz weltbekannte Chefs das Auditorium und begl\u00fcckten die Teilnehmer mit pionierhaften Konzepten und innovativen Techniken<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insgesamt illustrierten 24 kreative Sprecher ihre kulinarischen Talente und Philosophien und boten einen Blick in die aufregende Zukunft der Gastronomie. Unter ihnen fanden sich: der Gourmet-Guru Roland Trettl, Agustin Balbi (Hong Kong\u2019s Best New Chef 2016), Evgeny Vikentev (Cell, Berlin), Latvian Chef Maksims Cekot (Max Cekot Kitchen, Riga), Sacher CEO Matthias Winkler und Richard Smoke vom Steira Wirt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drei Podien waren den \u201cWeiblichen Heroinnen\u201d gewidmet: Barbara Eselb\u00f6ck, Birgit Reitbauer und Eveline Wild.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurden \u201cFuck-up-talks\u201d abgehalten, in denen junge Unternehmer \u00fcber ihre pers\u00f6nlichen Herausforderungen, Schwierigkeiten und ihrem Lernen berichteten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ausserdem wurden die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingpin.at\/magazin\/galerie\/?tx_fsmediagallery_mediagallery%5BmediaAlbum%5D=56&amp;cHash=53b2a537b0ea49479bf162758ffd8969\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">50 Best Chefs <\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">am 27.
