Dies sind nur ein paar der Fragen, die bei ECKART Foodlab #1 diskutiert wurden. Organisiert hatte die Veranstaltung Witzigmann und die Eckart Akademie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Im wunderbaren Schloss Sch\u00f6nbrunn versammelte diese Veranstaltung einige der allergr\u00f6ssten Namen in der kulinarischen Welt: Wolfgang Puck- der ber\u00fchmte Koch und Unternehmer, Franck Giovannini vom Crissier, Jan Hartwig vom Atelier in M\u00fcnchen und Matthias Hahn vom Atelier Ducasse in Paris.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Vortragenden diskutierten viele Themen, von der Wiener K\u00fcche bis zum Digitalen Essen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00fcr Vertessi entpuppte sich der event als eine kleine, feine Wiedersehens- Freude mit einigen unserer Langzeit- Partner. Vor allem Hans Haas vom ber\u00fchmten Tantris Restaurant in M\u00fcnchen, f\u00fcr den Vera das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vertessi.com\/de\/ueber-uns\/business-kunden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tantris Geschirr<\/a> entworfen hatte. Nat\u00fcrlich Heinz Reitbauer, der am Vorabend alle seine Kollegen in seinem Steirereck verw\u00f6hnt hatte. Er n\u00fctzt die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vertessi.com\/de\/moonlashes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MoonLashes Besteck<\/a> seit vielen Jahren.
